KALEIDOSCOPE MENTORING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

The Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program is a partnership between MMRC, the City of Stirling and the City of Canning and forms part of the City of Stirling’s Kaleidoscope Initiative which aims to boost the economic participation of highly skilled and professional newcomers (refugees and migrants). As part of the Kaleidoscope Initiative, the Mentoring Program focuses on identifying and matching mentors from a range of professional backgrounds with mentees in the same professional field and supporting these relationships through training, ongoing guidance and support from the Mentoring Coach.
