THE METROPOLITAN MIGRANT RESOURCE CENTRE AND COVID 19

"MMRC remains open to provide services to people from migrant and refugee backgrounds"

There are a few changes to the way we will be operating during the COVID 19 pandemic which have been put in place to protect both service users and staff.

Staff will no longer see clients face-to-face unless they have made an appointment in advance. Appointments will only be made for face-to- face meetings if it is not possible to provide assistance by telephone or other means of non-contact communication.

Home visits by the Counsellor will not be made until social distancing rules have been lifted.

The above information will be updated as the situation changes and in accordance with Australian Government advice and directives.
