The Centre provides a range of services that assist recently arrived humanitarian entrants and longer term residents who experience difficulties due to language and other cultural barriers which limit their full participation in Australian society.

Our services include:

Information and advocacy to new arrivals
Culturally sensitive family support and counselling
Support for community groups and ethnic organisations through capacity building
Assistance to service providers and government agencies
Cross-cultural awareness training
Tax Help
English classes
Free Migration advice
Youth programs
Citizenship support
Sexual health information and support
Sensitive and supported contact with the police, through the Muslim Community Outreach program
Access of our meeting room for CaLD community groups
Volunteer and bilingual recruitment to support new arrivals
