LEAD PROGRAM

The aim of the LEAD PROGRAM is to empower community leaders with effective leadership and community development skills:

The LEAD PROGRAM can offer:

One-on-one consultation to individual leaders or boards of management
Workshops on:
- Planning and running meetings
- Planning and managing projects
- Developing an organisational plan
- Specific organisational issues
Assistance to manage grants and budgets
Provision of resources and service information to leaders and communities
Assistance in running programs such as sports, music or arts groups

We can support your group regardless of whether you have been established for some time or you are just beginning to get a group together.
