The Metropolitan Migrant Resource Centre assists organisations develop culturally appropriate programs and services. We offer general cultural advice and cross-cultural training.

Modern Australia is a culturally diverse society. Our training is designed to provide your staff with an increased knowledge and awareness of the issues facing people from the new and emerging communities. We can show you simple skills that help bridge the cultural gaps that might exist.

Our sessions are customized to suit the requirements of individual organisations. We start with a friendly discussion to understand what your agency is seeking to achieve. Training sessions vary in duration according to your needs, from 2 hours to a full day. We do not set out to change anyone’s views or opinions, rather, we provide information and guidance to increase cross-cultural skills.
