The Community Liaison Officer helps community groups, organisations and CALD services/agencies build their capacity to better cater to the ongoing settlement needs of their communities. We do this by assisting them develop culturally appropriate programs and services.
The CLO can also deliver cross-cultural training to employees of mainstream service providers and other external agencies, with flexible packages to focus on issues affecting different agencies.
